Coffee Roasting Workshop
This workshop is ideal for those who love coffee and want to learn more about the process that goes into producing a great bag of speciality coffee and are enthusiastic coffee roasters in the making.
We get straight to it with a cupping of the coffees we’ll be roasting. We’ll learn how quality graders score the coffee’s and get to roasting. At the end you’ll have learned about the stages of roasting, how different origins, processes and varietals roast differently. It’s a relaxed fun way to get into roasting and best of all you get to do in on the S7 Pro (1kg) by Stronghold Technology who we are incredibly proud to represent in the United Kingdom. The coffee roaster that 3 of 6 finalists at the World Barista Championship 2022 decided to roast their coffee on.
