The Story
Colombia. Finca La Mina is producer Daniel Correal’s family farm passed down by generations past. Located close to the central Andean Mountain range, this Geisha micro lot was treated to the specific honey process to accentuate the vanilla, yellow fruits, citrus and floral flavour profile. This is the first time that the Correal Family has worked directly with any roasters from across the world. Very honoured to be apart of this farms long expansive history and hope to have a long partnership with the family for many years.
